After a six-year hiatus, the North Little Rock Airshow returned in 2022, thrilling aviation enthusiasts and families alike. We are even more excited to showcase what we have planned for 2024.
The North Little Rock Airshow Team is a dedicated team of aviation enthusiasts, community members, and passionate individuals who come together to make the North Little Rock Airshow a resounding success. Our mission is to ensure that every aspect of the airshow runs smoothly, from organizing logistics to creating an unforgettable experience for spectators.

Meet Our Team
1. Virginia
Role: Airport Director
Virginia joined North Little Rock Regional Airport as Director in 2024 and hit the ground running planning the 2024 NLR Airshow. She brings a wealth of experience leading community based organizations.
2. Shannon
Airport Office Assistant
Shannon was the core of the 2022 NLR Airshow team and brings that knowledge and experience into the 2024 show. She assists Virginia in the day to day operations of the airport.
3. Gary
Role: Airport Maintenance and Grounds
Gary makes us look good. Everything perfect thing you see while you are at the North Little Rock Regional Airport is because of Gary!
4. David
Role: Airshow Coordinator
David served in the Air Force and planned many Airshows for Little Rock Air Force Base. His passion for aviation and families drives him to put on the best show possible and he looks to grow and expand the 2024 NLR Airshow.
5. Jerry
Role: Airshow Air Ops Coordinator
Jerry is a founding member of the Bulldog Formation team. He has also been planning Airshows for different cities across the state for many years.
6. Steven
Role: Airshow Group Ops Coordinator
Steven lives for logistics. His background in project management and problem solving makes him an outstanding leader of our airshow’s weekend logistics.
7. Keith
Role: Airshow Support Ops Coordinator
Keith’s passion for aviation and the community make him a great addition to the team. Tackling support for everything the crowd does not see, his role is critical for a great weekend. We are lucky to have Keith on the team!
