Together with Charlee they formed a team of fearless flyers, became brave legends, and patrolled the skies of North Little Rock.

Maverick's love for aviation started at a young age when he watched airplanes zooming and birds soaring overhead with wide-eyed wonder. As soon as he was old enough, he set his sights on becoming a pilot and eventually formed the Dogtown Air Patrol.

Meet Oscar, the master mechanic of the Dogtown Air Patrol! Oscar is a gruff yet lovable Bulldog with a passion for tinkering and fixing things. He may not fly with the patrol, but his skills are crucial to keeping their aircraft in top shape.
Oscar's workshop is a hub of activity, filled with tools, spare parts, and the smell of grease and engine oil. When the Barkwing (the Air Patrol's trusty aircraft) needs maintenance or repairs, Oscar is the dog for the job.
His expertise includes:
1. Engine Overhauls: Oscar can disassemble and reassemble an engine with his eyes closed (though he prefers to keep them open for safety reasons). He knows every bolt, nut, and wire like the back of his paw.
2. Airframe Repairs: Whether it's patching up a tear in the fabric or straightening a bent wing strut, Oscar has a knack for making the Barkwing look as good as new.

Charlee's journey with the Air Patrol began when she stumbled upon Maverick’s first flight at North Little Rock Regional Airport. From that moment on, she knew that she wanted to be a part of this adventurous team, and she worked tirelessly to prove herself worthy of joining their ranks.
Here are some key traits and skills that make Charlee a valuable cadet:
1. Courageous Spirit: Despite her small size, Charlee has a courageous spirit that knows no bounds. She's always the first to volunteer for new challenges and never backs down from a chance to prove herself.
2. Eager Learner: Charlee is like a sponge when it comes to learning about aviation. She absorbs information from her mentors and fellow patrol members, constantly seeking to improve her knowledge and skills.
3. Team Player: Charlee understands the importance of teamwork and cooperation. Whether it's assisting with pre-flight checks, helping with ground operations, or supporting her fellow cadets during training exercises, Charlee is always ready to pitch in and contribute.
