Looking to set up a vendor booth at the
North Little Rock Airshow?

Thanks for your interest in participating in our Airshow! Vendor participation is an important partnership, and we look forward to working together to create a successful Central Arkansas event!  

Vendors must provide:

  • Necessary tables, chairs, awnings, and weights for awnings, etc.

  • Your own power source if needed

  • Staffing with minimal shift changes

  • Trash receptacles

North Little Rock Airshow will provide:

  • Area on the ramp for your display

  • Airshow Vendor Pass

  • Free promotion of your business on our webpage

Vendors selling items are subject to additional 10% of Sales Fee.

Booths & Pricing:

Booths must be setup as directed by Airshow staff. Depending on your booth location and arriving planes, you will be given a time to begin your setup. Booths must be setup and operational BEFORE gates open to the public.

Costs:

  • Airplane Static Displays / booth pricing based on size of aircraft.

  • Smaller and Larger Space Pricing is Available
